French photographer Henri Cartier-Bresson coined the phrase to describe that fraction of a second in which the significance of an event or a scene is revealed by form and light. To catch such a moment, he said, is, "a matter of luck and instinct".

Have a look at these beautiful photo montages. An artist has somehow acquired hundreds of tourist photos of iconic, tourist sites and layered them one over the other. The results are brilliant. I think.
